Impact of Fine Slag Aggregates on the Final Durability of Coal Bottom Ash to Produce Sustainable Concrete

In the current investigation is presented prospective substitution of cement and fine aggregates with slag material (Alccofine 1203) coal bottom ash, respectively. The was carried out in two steps, viz. Phase I II. I, a control mix designed basic ingredients concrete, then were partially replaced five percentages (10%, 20%, 30%, 40% 50%) ash (CBA). To improve characteristics concrete mixtures, ultra-fine material, i.e., Alccofine 1203 (an innovative low calcium silicate, which offers reduced water demand depending upon performance) used as partial replacement cement. II, inspected effect replacing 5%, 10%, 15% 20% Alccofine, containing on properties such workability, compressive strength, split tensile flexural pulse velocity, rapid chloride penetration along microstructural analysis using SEM studied. It concluded from cost that achieved high-strength an 8.14% increase compared to increase. significance this work lies fact we by industrial waste, combination inclusion About 58% improvement strength recorded for mix.
